PagodaFest is about and for Pagoda enthusiasts worldwide. These are the people who own the Mercedes-Benz 230 SL, 250 SL and 280 SL and want to learn more about the cars. It is also about getting to know the people behind the cars; their stories, their trials, their tribulations, and the fun they have. So join us for two days of Pagoda fun!
PagodaFest will be held in San Diego County, California. Among the venue locations will be The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Encinitas Ranch Golf Resort, and the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa.
There are a limited number of PagodaPasses. Purchase early to reserve your spot.
The PagodaPass entitles ticket holder to all events at PagodaFest. This includes Tech Sessions, PagodaFest Market, Showcase, Pagoda Run. On Friday, a continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. On Saturday a continental breakfast, dinner and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. A lunch will not be provided on Saturday. You can grab lunch at your convenience during the Poker Run.

Yes. Non Pagoda's are welcome. But you must wear the "Scarlet P" around your neck for the event :)

We will have tables to set up for the casual seller/trader. Feel free to sell out of your car. We hope to have several of your favorite Pagoda vendors attend also.

If some of your family doesn't enjoy all things PagodaFest, San Diego is a resort town. There is plenty to do. Shopping, Beaches, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, LEGOLAND® to name just a few.
PagodaFest attendees will be able to show off and talk about their cars in a casual atmosphere. Prizes will be awarded. People's Choice and Car With Most Potential to name just a few.
Yes. To make PagodaFest the best it can be, you are welcome to donate to the event. There is a "Donate" button on the bottom of the home page.
Yes. PagodaPASSes will be limited. Buy yours early.
San Diego is a casual city. Shorts, jeans, flip flops, or what every makes you comfortable. The dinner events will be casual and be partially outdoors. Dress appropriately for the weather. We suggest bringing a jacket or sweater, as it can get cool along the coast after the sun has set. October is one of the most beautiful months in San Diego. It's always a good idea to check the weather report.
There are several Mercedes dealerships and independent service shops close by.
If you cannot use or must cancel your tickets you must contact PagodaFest and request a refund. Refunds will be made through PayPal and credited back to the source of the funds. PAGODAPASS TICKETS ARE 100% REFUNDABLE IF REQUESTED BEFORE MAY 1, 2019, AND 50% REFUNDABLE IF REQUESTED BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2019. TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IF REQUESTED ON OR AFTER AUGUST 1, 2019. TICKETS PURCHASED ON OR AFTER AUGUST 1, 2019, ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
PagodaFest has partnered with the same company that supplies our sl113.org hats and shirts. You will order and buy directly from them and receive your items at PagodaFest. Please see the Merchandise page on this website.

After all PagodaPASSes have been sold, PagodaFest will maintain a waitlist of persons wishing to purchase PagodaPASSes. PagodaPASS tickets that are canceled or refunded will be then offered for purchase to the next in line person on the waitlist. Full members of Pagoda SL Group, Inc. will be given “top of the list” privileges by being added to the top of the waitlist, subject to other full members already on the waitlist.
The event hotel (GPP) has ungerground parking for guests. We have also secured an additional 20 underground parking spaces for non guests.

The event hotel, Sheraton Carlsbad Hotel & Spa starts open booking Jan 1, 2019. Other hotels may book sooner. San Diego is a resort town and hotels book up fast. Don't get caught without a room or you and your Pagoda might be sleeping on the beach :)

San Diego International Airport would be the primary airport. Some regional travelers may be able to fly directly into Palomar Airport (CLD) or John Wayne Airport (SNA). Others wishing to fly may elect to fly into Los Angeles International (LAX) or one of the other regional airports in the greater Los Angeles area and drive down. Pick one that works for you.

Yes - The hotel rates from Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa are possible based on room availability and property occupancy four (4) days before the event and four (4) days after.
The Pagoda Run will be a 4-5 hour driving event touring around scenic San Diego County. There will be five planned checkpoints where you draw a card or play a game of skill. At the end of the event, the best game hands will win prizes.
The game is simple. Just join in the fun and explore San Diego County at your own speed. Please see the Pagoda Run page for more information.
Yes. As the primary PagodaPass ticket holder you may have your family as passengers.
No. All cars are welcome. You just won't look as cool as everybody else.
No. Absolutely not. The idea is to tour San Diego County and have a fun time doing it. The Pagoda Run just adds a little twist. ) At each checkpoint there will be a PagodaFest staff member to assist you. It's easy. Don't worry.
