Overview

PagodaFest is planned as a two day event October 4-5, 2019. For attendees arriving on Thursday, October 3, there will be an informal welcome gathering at the 7 Mile Kitchen, at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa- the event hotel - beginning at 6:00pm. See Agenda.
Your PagodaPASS ticket includes the following:
Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner, Swag Bag, Tech Sessions, PagodaFest Market, Pagoda Showcase, Silent Auction.

Tech Sessions

We are planning various tech sessions and interactive presentations to help educate attendees on the features, care and maintenance of their cars. Please check back periodically for updates and changes to tech session schedules and subject matter.
Heading 1
PagodaFest Market
​
An area will be setup for attendees to buy, sell, and trade all things Pagoda. This will be a casual and informal setting designed to to allow various and sundry Pagoda parts to find a new home. Something you have in a dusty box or sitting on a shelf in your garage may be just the thing another Pagoda-ite is searching for to complete or continue their car’s restoration. Vendors and private parties are welcome. Tables will be provided for those wishing to buy, sell, or trade Pagoda parts or accouterments.
Showcase
It’s time to show off your Pagoda! Enjoy wandering the beautiful grounds of the Flower Fields viewing the Pagodas of all the attendees. It is also be a great time to talk to your fellow Pagoda owners and gear down the day with a beverage of choice!
Silent Auction

Fiesta Dinner
As the sun sets on the first day of PagodaFest, you will have the chance to enjoy one of the fine things San DIego is known for - a Fiesta Dinner. There will be mariachis and an authentic Mexican dance show for entertainment. Of course no Mexican-style celebration would be complete without a pinata - a Pagoda Piñata! This may be the only time you will want to take a bat to your Pagoda and feel really good about it!
Pagoda Run
Enjoy a leisurely self-paced tour of some of San Diego County's iconic sights while competing with your fellow Pagoda drivers for the best hand of poker. At each stop of the tour you will be given a card, to form a five-card poker hand. The card will be based on a game of skill. Prizes will be given for the best hands at the awards dinner on Saturday evening.
Whether driving down the Coast Hwy 101 along the beaches, or taking in the views of San Diego from the mountains, this will be the perfect opportunity to see San Diego from your Pagoda.
Awards & Prizes
We will also be giving out awards for the Pagoda Run and the Car Showcase. Win friends, influence people, be the top of your class, with the cool stuff being given as prizes. You must be present to win.
Awards Dinner
We will gather at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Resort to enjoy a casual and delicious California dinner with indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean while enjoying your favorite beverage, talking with friends, or sitting on a couch by the outdoor fireplace.
Prizes and awards for PagodaFest activities will be awarded. You must be present to win.
